Nick Davison
Nick is a Postdoctoral Researcher primarily working on the Re-Livestock project. His expertise includes lifecycle assessment, holistic sustainability assessment, economic assessment, stakeholder engagement, behavioural change, waste management and bioenergy in the agri-food sector.

Tom Staton
Tom is an ecologist by background with particular expertise in agroforestry systems. His current research is multidisciplinary and spans several projects, including Pathways, REFOREST, and LUNZ Grasslands

Jorge Campos Gonzalez
Jorge's research combines econometrics, data science, and machine learning with policy insights, focusing on how data and technology can enhance sustainability and productivity in the agri-food sector.

Sally Westaway
Sally has a background in agroecological systems research, with expertise in agroforestry and small scale agroecological production systems. She is finalising a PhD investigating ecosystem services provided by trees on farmland, while also working on the LUNZ Grasslands project.

Jessica Bosseaux
Jessica is specialised in transdisciplinary research and sustainability assessment of agriculture and food systems, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the full spectrum of sustainability impacts. She explores inter- and intra-dimensional trade-offs in sustainability.
